SUMMARY:Internationaal webinar: Gifted eds and AI
DESCRIPTION:In het schooljaar 2025-2026 organiseert het Kenniscentrum Hoogbegaafdheid weer international webinars. \nOver het webinar\nArtificial Intelligence (Al) is rapidly reshaping the landscape of education-and gifted education is no exception. From adaptive learning platforms to Al-assisted identification tools\, educators now have access to technologies that can personalize instruction\, uncover hidden talent\, and streamline program administration. Yet alongside these opportunities come critical questions about equity\, ethics\, and the role of human judgment in nurturing giftedness and talent. \n This webinar provides an accessible\, practice-focused overview of how Al is impacting gifted education today-and what lies ahead. We’ll explore real-world examples of Al-enhanced tools being used to differentiate instruction\, support creative problem-solving\, and manage student data in ways that free up time for deeper engagement. Attendees will gain insight into emerging trends\, including generative Al for student enrichment\, data-informed decision-making for identification\, and platforms that adapt content based on student ability and interest. \nOver de sprekers\n\nTyler Clark. Assistant Director of Operations at The Center for Gifted Studies and the Executive Administrator at the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children\nClaire Hughes is a Fulbright Scholar and Professor at Cleveland State University\, specializing in gifted\, special\, and twice-exceptional education. She focuses on building inclusive systems that recognize diverse strengths\, with expertise in curriculum\, teacher development\, Artificial Intelligence\, and global education.\nMichelle Ronksely Pavia is a Special Education and Inclusive Education lecturer in the School of Education and Professional Studies\, a researcher with the Griffith Institute for Educational Research (GIER)\, Griffith University\, and a person with disability. She is an editorial board member of the Journal of Gifted Education and Creativity.\n\nAanmelden\nJe kunt je hier aanmelden…
